Beware of nasty pictures

I really have had the easiest pregnancy and can't complain about anything that has happened so far - but I can tell you that since we had our wonderful 110 degree weather this last Monday and Tuesday, my left foot has swelled like a balloon and I can't seem to get it to go down! It doesn't really bother me at all, and Mark and I have found a lot of humor in how oompa-loompa-ish my foot/leg looks. I am retaining enough water that when you push on my shin the divits stay there a good 10-15 minutes before they start to diminish. And lets face it - I already have genetics working against how "sausage" like my toes are....so the water doesn't really help! Gross!! I've iced, I've elevated, and have eaten enough bland/less-salt food to kill me - if any of you have a magical answer - please let me know!

Oh man! I remember right after my sister in law gave birth you could do the same thing with fingerprints on her skin! You're toe nails are a pretty color! I am impressed that you can still paint em considering you don't have much longer. Are you feeling okay otherwise?

We are doing well--just trying to push through the last three weeks of school. I am so glad you are having family for the holidays! It makes them so much more fun. How old is your niece now? Matt's wife and Melanie are both prego so we've got a few more fun little ones on the way as well.

I just realized today that pretty much all of my closest friends will be or are mommies---how strange! When did we get so old? Love you lots friend and it's so good to hear from ya. I check your blog all the time so keep the updates comin!

I feel your pain! I couldn't wear shoes for the last 3 months of my pregnancy. I could barely wear sandals! All I can say is take it easy and keep your feet elevated as much as possible.

My feet swelled like that when I was pregnant with Alexander. you should still talk to your doctor - just to be on the safe side.

WOW that looks ouchy, but at least it doesn't hurt. Watch it though, they may put you on "bed-rest" if it doesn't go down. Miss ya!

Hey girl! I remember those days! Ahh, I tried everything, nothing really works, lots of things make it worse, but to get it better... I don't think there is a real trick!!! Tessa is due July 13, she is having a girl! I am so excited! When is your babe coming?
